SOP: ZipWP Blog Post Creation Workflow

Objective: To create high-quality, SEO-optimized, and human-centric content that aligns with BSF guidelines and ZipWP strategic goals.

Phase 1: Keyword Selection & Planning

1. Select Keyword & Data Gathering

  • Access the Start Infinity “ZipWP Blog Keywords” board.
  • Link: Start Infinity Keywords
  • Select a keyword and review the following data points in the table:
    • Topic/Focus Keyword: Main SEO target.
    • Secondary Keywords: Terms to include within the body.
    • Search Volume: (Ahrefs data).
    • Outline Idea: Summary for quick analysis.
    • Focus/Intent: User intent summary.
    • ZipWP Pitch: How to position the product.
    • Interest Factor: Ideas to avoid generic “AI slop.”

2. Initialize Task

  • Add the selected keyword to the “ZipWP Blog Plan” table in Start Infinity.
  • Action: First step set the content status to “NEW”
  • Action: When changing the content status each time the the update the status must be done continuously.
  • Action: Log all updates, media assets, and relevant links in the task comments section.

Phase 2: AI Research & Outline Analysis

3. Generate Outline & Insights

  • Use the ZipWP Outline Analysis AI Tool.

  • Analyze the following:
    • User Avatar: Who is reading? Why are they here? What is their pain point?
    • Competitor Insights: Content gaps and opportunities to outperform them.
    • Top Ranking Pages: Review titles and meta descriptions.
    • Strategic Promotion: How to pitch ZipWP and other BSF products naturally.
    • Facts & Stats: Review suggested statistics to build authority.
    • Internal Linking: Review the suggested linking strategy.

4. Semantic Analysis (Pre-Writing)

5. Draft the Blog Post

  • Write the article based on the insights gathered. Focus on the “Interest Factor” identified in Step 1 to ensure engagement.

  • Requirement: The content must show Human or Mixed signals. Avoid 100% AI scores.
  • Check: Ensure zero plagiarism.

  • Update status in Start Infinity to “QA Check & Optimization”.
  • Link: Infinity Task Board
  • Action: Paste the Google Doc link in the task.
  • Action: Assign the task to the Digital Marketing Manager.

12. Manager Review

  • The Digital Marketing Manager reviews the QA verification and the content.
  • If approved, the task is assigned for publishing with tag “Ready for Publishing” in Infinity

Phase 5: Post-Publication Audit

  • Confirm the post is live and error-free.
  • Updated the all the cells in the rows with SEO meta, published date, update date and more.
  • Update the status in the Infinity Database to complete the workflow.
